Refund Policy
Rules regarding refunds
Refunds can be requested within 14 days.
However, Blackshades reserves the right not to issue a refund.
Customer agrees that payments are NOT always are NONREFUNDABLE.
Blackshades will evaluate all refund requests.
If the reason is non-technical related, the refund will most probably be rejected.
Payments which are deemed to be fraudulent which can be verified and certain to be fraud are eligible to a refund, subject to the terms and conditions of our payment provider/gateway.
